Malzemeler/Ingredients:
4 yumurta/4 eggs
1 su bardagi toz seker/1 cup sugar
1,5 su bardagi un/1+1\2 cup flour
4 adet buyuk seftali/4 large peaches
1 paket vanilin/ vanilla extract
1 paket kabartma tozu/ baking powder
Hazirlanisi/Preparation:
Firini 180 derecede isitin. Seftalilerin kabuklarini soyup, irice kup kup dograyin. 25 cm’lik kek kalibini hafifce yaglayip unlayin. Yumurtalarla sekeri beyazlasincaya kadar mikserle cirpin. Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayi karisima yavas yavas ilave edin. Dusuk devirde tum malzemeler karisana kadar cirpmaya devam edin. Kek hamurunu kaliba dokup icine dogranmis seftalileri ekleyin. 40-45 dakika pisirin. Oda sicakliginda soguduktan sonra uzerini de seftali dilimleri ve nane yapraklari ile susleyebilirsiniz. Afiyet olsun.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel peaches, and cut into big pieces. Lightly grease 25-inch cake pan. With a mixer whisk the eggs and sugar until they get white. Slowly add flour, baking powder and vanilla into the cake mixture. At low speed continue to whisk all the ingredients until they mix well. Pour the cake batter into the pan and add peaches lastly. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Let the cake cool at room temperature. You can decorate the cake with peach slices and mint leaves. Bon Appetit!
